A Full Service Global Management Consulting and Executive Training Firm
RMAI provides a range of workshop and seminar services for in-house use by senior management personnel and board members. Specialized in-house consultations are also available, including a wide range of ancillary risk assessment considerations--including environmental, organizational, IT and computer system integrity, regulatory, public relations, consumer and customer affairs, international trade and joint venture activities, developing market, political, financial and stakeholder risk.
RMAI will provide targeted consultations and services for considerably less than that offered by large consulting agencies or public relations firms. The Executive Managing Partners provide personal assistance to clients and oversee all aspects of service provision.
Full consultancies are determined according to client requirements, addressing the specific needs of the client. Requirements can range from developing a reputational risk plan, to initiating a strategic process, training personnel, conducting statistical analysis and market surveys, evaluating potential venture partners and participants, evaluating financial, economic, market and political risk, conducting public relations campaigns, identifying danger and pressure points in an organizational structure, and overseeing all elements of a risk strategy. RMAI will evaluate the full requirements dictated by client needs, and provide the services for an agreed flat price. RMAI does not bill by an hourly rate. RMAI also provides all specialists to complete the project. The entire fee is known and agreed to by the client at the outset of any service provision.
RMAI also has developed critical response teams, comprising specialists in all aspects of crisis management. Such teams are available for dispatch to most regional markets worldwide on short notice to attend to client needs in high visibility or rapidly changing events.
Additionally, Drs. Goldman and Moors present workshops to international general market audiences on reputational and other risk considerations. Upcoming 2005-2006 workshops will be held in Dubai, Barbados, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait City, Turkey, and other sites currently being negotiated.
